To accommodate more visitors at the cultural market and alleviate the limited capacity of the indoor venue, this year, the majority of our vendors will be situated in the outdoor but covered area at The Commons. While this area is sheltered, some vendors may still have concerns about wind or humidity potentially damaging their artwork and products. Therefore, a limited number of vendor tables will be available indoors at the Pipe Shop, where our exhibitions and cultural programming will be centralized.
舊年設置喺室內嘅文創市集有嚴格嘅人數限制,導致好多朋友未能夠入場參觀,失望而回。有見及此,我哋今年特別將文創市集移師去戶外有蓋區域The Commons,能同時容納更多參觀人士。而室內嘅The Pipe Shop 就會主要放置藝文展覽同文化遊戲活動,只預留少量攤檔空間畀個別對戶外風勢同濕度有憂慮嘅文創市集檔主。
The fair focuses on Hong Konger cultural promotion and will feature performances, exhibitions and booths.
市集旨在推廣香港獨有文化,精彩活動包括現場表演、藝文展覽及手作攤檔。
To support the fair's vision, we will be selecting vendors according to the criteria below:
為切合市集願景,所有報名攤檔將會經過遴選,準則如下:
Priority is given to booths with Hong Kong cultural elements (such as Hong Kong artisanal products, Hong Kong themed artwork and creations or Etsy handmade type products).
攤檔以推廣香港文化者優先(如香港人藝術文創作品、以香港為創作題材嘅藝術品或 Etsy手作類產品)。
Priority is given to booths that will launch new products or designs exclusively for the Fair.
攤檔為今年市集獨家設計或推出新產品者優先 。
Priority is given to booths whose values align with HK House’s missions of HK cultural promotion and community building.
攤檔與香港屋使命相符者優先,包括文化推廣同凝聚社群 。
Vendor fees help offset costs but are not enough to cover venue and equipment rentals, especially this year as the event is held in an outdoor covered space without electricity, requiring additional power arrangements. Rising inflation has also increased venue and equipment costs. Donations are welcome! Contact us to learn more about sponsorship opportunities.

Pricing 收費: $50 per booth (每檔)
(This is significantly lower than the $200–$1500 charged by fairs with similar traffic. 同我哋人流相約嘅市集相比,佢哋嘅價格大概係$200至$1500。)
Size 尺寸: Each booth is approximately 7 ft x 5 ft

Booth fees do not include electricity, tables, chairs, or tablecloths

Outdoor covered and indoor booth locations are first come, first served after payment and confirmation

Selected vendors will receive a confirmation email with instructions to choose their booth location online

Electricity is unavailable in the outdoor covered area. Vendors may request electricity as an add-on item in the contract

Vendors can bring their own tables and chairs, or opt for renting a 6 ft table and two chairs for $20.
Please bring your own table cloths

Vendors are required to include bilingual presentations and displays with traditional Chinese and English in the booth.

Decorations hung on walls, pillars and other structures are prohibited. Decorations and backdrops have to be free standing.
嚴禁喺牆身、柱或場內任何建築物上掛任何嘢。裝飾佈置同埋背景版必須係可以獨立企得到起身嘅嘢。
According to Vancouver Coastal Health, homemade or home-prepared food products are NOT allowed. If you're selling prepackaged food, your food must be prepared in an approved commercialized kitchen facility.
溫哥華沿岸衛生局條例禁止售賣喺屋企製作或準備嘅食品。如果你係出售預先包裝食品,你嘅食品必須要喺擁有認可商業設備嘅廚房內製作。
